One of the conversion item options we can add inside your van is a partition. As the name might suggest, a partition allows for the cargo space in your van to be divided into two sections.
But why would you want this we hear you ask? Here are a few benefits to adding a partition:
Safety
⋅ Prevents items such as heavy tyres from sliding forward during sudden stops.
⋅ Adds further protection to people in the front seats in the event of a crash resulting in flying cargo items.
Organisation
⋅ Provides an area to store new, clean items such as replacement tyres, separating them from dirty, scrap tyres which have been removed.
⋅ Allows you to create storage areas for specific tools and keep them separate from others.
Equipment Protection
⋅ Prevents shifting cargo from crashing into valuable equipment such as tyre changers, wheel balancers and hose reels.
⋅ Reduces the amount of dust and debris accessing sensitive machinery.
Security
⋅ Allows you to hide valuable tools and cargo from the rear door or side door views when open.
⋅ Adds a physical barrier making the theft of onboard items more difficult.
Check out the two types of partition we are able to install:

Half Width
Chequer Plate

Full Width (Mesh)
Powder Coated in Grey
The below images showcase examples of these partitions in previous van conversions we’ve completed. As the third image displays, we are also able to add bespoke additions to the full width partition such as storage space for holding tyres and oil.
